enduring enormous levels of stress and pain.
They suffer sleepless nights, deep anxiety and physical exhaustion brought on by worry and desperation.
They live each day with a weight inside that drags
them down” |
How can I help my loved one? |
A loving and healthy family aids the recovery process.
The purpose of this workshop is to provide families with the tools they need to become or remain healthy when a member of their family is ill; and to understand what behavior is helpful and what behavior is harmful to a substance abuser.
